This spacious home with stunning views of and direct access to the South Lakes Gold Course will have your family holiday or group golf trip sorted! Walk to the beach or to the river where you’ll find great cafe’s or into town for the pub or The Wharf Barrell Shed wine bar and live entertainment.
Downstairs:
As you enter the light filled downstairs area you will find a well-equipped laundry with washing machine and access to the back yard.
Off the wide entrance is a large family/TV room with plenty of games & DVD’s to occupy you.
Or step outside through the glass doors to the verandah with table and chairs and watch the golfers on the green.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed and views of the golf course.
Bedroom 3 has a tri bunk with views to the golf course.
Bedroom 4 provides 2 single bunk beds.
The toilet is separate to the modern bathroom with a shower, vanity & bath.
Upstairs:
Huge family room with reverse cycle air conditioner and gas ( wood burn look) heater. Dining space and kitchen providing a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge, tv and coffee pod machine with pods included for your stay.
With stunning views across the South Lakes Golf Course, step outside through the glass doors on to a large balcony and enjoy the views of the golf course and surrounding trees and cook up a bbq.
Bedroom One has a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity.
