This one-of-a-kind luxury 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom vacation rental offers a spellbinding experience with its spacious pool deck, heated spa, beachfront infinity pool, which is heated during winter months and expansive beachfront grounds lined with lush tropical trees and vegetation. The pool deck features sun loungers, shared propane grills, and an outdoor shower, all just steps away from the Caribbean's top rated beach.

Guests can also enjoy long walks along the beach, swim and snorkel with a myriad of sea life in the crystal clear sea directly in front of the property or at the adjacent Cemetery Beach, or simply relax in a beach lounger or the seaside hammock while listening to the waves lapping just steps away.

A portion of the property’s beach is roped off, allowing guests to enjoy the beachfront in privacy and there are plenty of areas shaded by palm trees to escape the sun and there is also a beachfront cabana providing shade if you wish to be closer to the water. If you visit during the summer months you may be fortunate to witness nature at its finest, as this is the time of the year when turtles nest along these secluded sections of beach.

Inside Sea Breeze # 3, you'll find 3,000 sq. ft. of livable space across four bedroom suites, a media den, and a private oceanfront balcony. The high-end condo features Tommy Bahama furnishings, an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room, and a fully equipped media room. The primary suite has a king-size bed, stunning oceanfront views, TV, a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The three other bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, include one king and two queen-size beds, with the media room offering a queen-size pull-out bed. The laundry room comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, cookware, flatware, glassware, and cutlery. The formal dining table seats eight guests, with an additional seating area on the kitchen peninsula for four more guests. For a truly memorable experience, hire a private chef for an evening of fine dining or a spectacular champagne brunch while sitting outside on your private balcony with outdoor dining furniture.

If you like to remain active while you are on vacation, Sea Breeze also offers a fully equipped gym which is available for guests to use.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and the public outdoor spaces, beach, etc.
Seabreeze is located immediately south of Seven Mile Beach's famous Cemetery Reef, known for its snorkeling and idyllic beachfront.

The beach directly behind Seabreeze is barefoot soft sand. However, the shoreline height can vary due to tides and storms. Some years it can be a totally sandy barefoot entry into the ocean. Whereas, in other years the storms will reveal a shelf of hard Ironshore that requires ocean access by our neighbor's beach.

The beaches in Cayman are technically "owned by the crown" and public, so guests can easily walk north or south around the Ironshore to enter the water for swimming and snorkeling.

The sandy area directly behind Seabreeze is private to the owners and their guests.
Although taxis and public transport are easily accessible in this area we would recommend a rental vehicle as most restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, amenities, etc. are at least 2-5 mins away by car.
