** Please note that when you reserve this property, you are consenting to comply with all the regulations and guidelines specified in the listing details. Failure to adhere to these rules will lead to a penalty of $500.00, which will be debited from the credit card used for the booking.
POLICIES:
▻ Early Check-In - If booking for today, we will have to check with our cleaning staff if we can accommodate the request. If booking for a future date, we will do our best to provide an early check-in, but the only way to guarantee one is to book the night before as well (if it is available)
▻ Luggage Drop - We can try to accommodate a luggage drop 30 minutes after the check-out time as long as we can work with the potential current guests and cleaners. Please remind us on the morning of your arrival.
▻ Late Check Out - If you inform us the day before, WE MAY be able to accommodate a late check-out up to 12 PM, but the only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book the night after. Late checkouts without advance notice will result in a fee of $50 per hour, and if you check out at 12 PM or later, you will be charged for a whole additional night.
▻ Package Delivery - We do NOT guarantee the package can be retrieved from the mailbox or that it will arrive safely. We recommend sending packages to a local pick-up spot instead or requesting the carrier to deliver to the front doorstep (if you need to send to the home).
▻ Pet Policy - This unit is NOT Pet Friendly, which includes Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s). Service Animals are allowed as long as they comply with laws/regulations. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 pentalty fee to cover professional cleaning.
▻ Extra People - You can bring extra guests into the home as long as it is not for a party, no damage is done to the home, and you abide by the home rules
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive a refund of 50% for all nights. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a refund of 50% for all nights. If you cancel after that, you'll have to pay 100% for all nights.
