40sqm 2 floors, 2 bed room apartment located 2 mins walk to Baseball Museum. 5mins walk from Hiroshima station. Each bedroom comes with 1x Queen size bed which can sleep 4 people in total. It is located on the 1st floor with view from Balcony. All bedding is hotel quality standards. TV for entertainment. Separate bathroom & powder area. Washing machine with dryer function. Ideal place to stay in Hiroshima.
Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

Kitchen which is fully equipped and stocked with seasonings to ensure a good dining experience.

Each guest will be provided with one set of towels. All the towels and bedding from provide from professional Hotel
All the furniture and decorations have been picked out tastefully for the guests, with no detail overlooked and no attention spared. I want you to feel home when you are staying with us.
Guests have access to entire property, No share issue with anyother guests

Driving in downtown area can be a little confusing, especially if you are new. If you don't have a car, public transportation is a great choice.

+ Clean sheets and Towels
+ Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner
+ coffee
All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover.
In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.
Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.
