Escape your worries in this spacious and peaceful haven offered by this luxurious 5-bedroom Villa. Unwind and rejuvenate by taking a dip in the refreshing swimming pool.
This property can accommodate up to 22 guests and provides comfortable sleeping arrangements as follows:
- 3 King size beds
- 7 Double-size beds
- 2 single size beds
The house is 100% private, however, the caretakers of the house live at the top by the entrance. The Palapa is available to walk on, however, the house that is in front of the Palapa is very old and for now, it is not enabled. Please do not access the front side of the palapa as it can be dangerous.

The bedrooms that are available are the ones on the right side of the images (ocean side on the back perspective) together with the kitchen, by the pool area. Everything that is in front of the palapa, is not enabled or accessible since maintenance has not been given to that area.

Please follow the above carefully.

- No parties allowed

- The palapa is only to walk, no events allowed.
- If you’d like to host an event please let us know. This listing is only for vacation rentals

- No more than the registered people at all times, all guests must be registered. Do not exceed the maximum capacity.

- The price will go up after the 4th guest. Please note the more guests the higher the price. Please respect this policy. All guests must be registered

- Please note that this property is Not Friendly for Kids, disabled people or wheelchair bound person, or people with mobility issues. Please note that this property is above a Cliff so all guests must be careful at all times. We will not be responsible for accidents. Please take care of yourself and all other guests.

Guests will be granted exclusive and uninterrupted access to the property and its amenities including the outdoor swimming pool throughout the stay. Rest assured that the house is completely private, ensuring a tranquil and secluded experience for you. It's worth mentioning that the caretakers, who are responsible for maintaining the property, reside at the upper level near the entrance. However, their presence will not in any way interfere with your privacy or enjoyment of the space.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

2. Guest Registration and Occupancy Rule:
- All guests, including visitors, must be registered and accounted for in the reservation.
- After the 4th guest, an additional cost per person will be applied as stated in the listing.
- Only guests who are registered and counted for in the reservation are allowed on the property at all times.
- The maximum capacity is 22 guests. All guests must be counted in the reservation. Never should there be more than 22 guests in the house at all times.

3. Violation of this rule may result in a penalty, including additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that this rule is in place to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
