This gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront home has just been renovated during the summer of 2022 and is ready to host you and your family for your unforgettable Cayman Islands vacation.
This standalone 2 storey home is part of a small 6 unit complex, Azure Breeze, located on the northern coast of Grand Cayman and conveniently located near to popular attractions like Crystal Caves, Rum Point and Cayman Kai.
Comfortably sleeps 7 with 1 king, 1 queen and a full bed w/ overhead single bunk.
Welcome to Azure Breeze # 6. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit invites relaxation and calm or a fun filled family vacation.
The unit is ideally located directly facing the secluded beach where one can pass the day enjoying the sea breeze while laying in a hammock hung between the coconut trees, watching the children play on the beach or in the ocean, snorkeling or kayaking.
This amazing villa is elegantly appointed with no detail forgotten with amazing views from many windows.
Enjoy the breeze that comes off the two sliding door upstairs and off the main living room that looks out towards the sea. The main floor patio houses a siting area that allows for entertainment and relaxation as well as a great location to enjoy a beachside bbq with the provided propane grill. On the ground floor you will also find one bedroom with queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are two main bedrooms. One houses a lovely stepped twin/double bunk bed unit and the other, a gracious sized master bedroom with king bed with balcony.
As the unit has been recently renovated you will be greeted to a modern kitchen with updated kitchen equipment and utensils.
While this villa is private, it is conveniently located near a local grocery store, attractions and restaurants.

Location is everything. Azure Breeze is considered to be on the quieter side of the island. Just 40 minutes from the airport, your island oasis awaits.

Chisholm‘s grocery and liquor store
Rum Point beach where Red Sail sports offer diving, sunrise/sunset cruises, charters to Singray City. Walk the sandy beach or enjoy the world-famous mudslide drink.
2 minutes away is Kaibo where you can catch the ferry to Camana Bay or enjoy a tasty meal at Kaibo's casual or fine dining restaurants. Many days there will be live music and bbq nights
Starfish Point is 1 minute down the road from Kaibo.
To the East almost 10 minutes away you will find Morritts offering snorkeling and diving experiences, a spa and restaurants.
Across the street is a liquor store, small grocery store, gift store and Italian restaurant
