This three bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the secure apartment block, however there are security shutters throughout- giving you and your family extra peace of mind.
Two of the three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a Tv which is Netflix enabled. There is also a lovely spacious kitchen to create your favourite home cooked meals, as well a central family style dining table to sit down together and enjoy. The apartment is situated right opposite the Sea Point Promenade which is a lovely walk to do with the family in the evenings or in the mornings- there are also a few outdoor play areas close by which kids will enjoy. There is no allocated parking bay for the unit, but there is normally street parking to be found within Beach Road.
Guests will have full access of the apartment during their stay
Ocean-facing Sea Point is a lively, affluent suburb where sandy beaches like Milton and Saunder’s Rock feature tidal pools, kids’ playgrounds and sunset views. There is no allocated parking bay for the unit- however there is normally parking to be found within Beach Road
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
