There is fast wifi, a communal pool as well as communal gym. This is the perfect secure one-stop-home for your holiday!

In the heart of the CBD, experience the best that Cape Town has to offer. Centrally located to Table Mountain Cableway, our top beaches, Historic Company Gardens and the best Art Galleries. Located in Bree Street enjoy some the best art galleries and great food at our weekly First Thursday events or a sundowner at one of the rooftop bars in the city.

There is a dedicated parking bay for guests to make use of during their stay
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers.
Guests will need to provide proof of identity ahead of their stay and at check in- in line with the Body Corporate requirements
We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
