Beautiful new Spanish style build with modern conveniences located just blocks from the Parroquia. This large 2 bedroom apartment is brand new with rooftop jacuzzi with views of the Parroquia, filtered water throughout, large closets, large tubs and rooftop dining gives you that old world feel with all new amenities. We offer the most comfortable, brand new beds with luxury bedding and pillows, all brand new. The location can't be beat in a safety of Centro with walking distance to everything.
This stylish apartment has been professionally designed with all custom furniture and art. The apartment itself is large, about 1200 square feet of space, set up with three private terraces and a shared rooftop with jacuzzi. This is the only unit with two matrimonial size beds in one of the bedrooms and a pull out queen size couch. Water filtration has been installed for clean drinking water throughout the entire building. You will see the quality and care of each detail put into this stunning property.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, private accommodations for you and your group. Access is self check-in. You will be given a door code and a lockbox code 24 hours prior to your arrival.
In the heart of Centro, you are walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, galleries and entertainment. Just blocks from the Parroquia you have everything you need.
Most everything is in walking distance but taxis are plentiful at about 70 pesos anywhere in Centro or Uber and we can give you a number for a luxury car service.
This unit is on the 1st floor and is a ground floor apartment. There is a small step up into the complex.
We have a local team of professionals who provide a personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, maid service, private chef or cooking service, or local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloons, cultural tours, and more.
