On the ground floor, the double garage has been converted into a spacious games room. This vibrant and fun space includes a pool table, Foosball, table tennis, dartboard and more, including a small bar area. The entrance hall has a double door providing extra security as well as protection from the wind. All the bedrooms are on this main floor but on a few different levels.
The Master has a King bed, open-plan bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and double vanity. The second bedroom is also en-suite with a shower and single vanity. It shares its balcony with the Master bedroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with a shower and single vanity. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a balcony with beautiful sea views. The sixth bedroom is on a lower lever of this floor and has it's own entrance and security system. This room has a double bed, a dedicated bathroom and a kitchenette.
