An incredibly renovated (Sept 2022) villa located in the exclusive suburb of Camps Bay. This amazing home boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion's Head.
The villa comprises of 2 three bedroom apartments, that can be rented separately or as a combined 6 bedroom property. There is a lift that joins the 2 units, which rented separately are completely private from each other. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a living and dining area, fire place, modern kitchen, balcony and private pool.
Please note - if rented as a 6 bedroom villa, there is only dining space for a maximum of 10 people in the downstairs dining area, and therefore lends itself to groups who are looking for a spacious property to share, or those that do not mind dining separately in the 2 dining spaces.

Each floor has 3 bedrooms. All six bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with luxurious beds and furnishings and the bathrooms are stylish and practical.
