You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Right in Centro, you are just a few minutes’ walk to the iconic Parroquia and Jardin, and right around the corner from the Rosewood Hotel. The open floor plan, luxury bedding and jacuzzi pool make this house the perfect retreat for your family or group of friends.
This newly-renovated, artistic space is perfect for a family or group of friends that want the perfect location, while being able to experience the beautiful San Miguel weather with this indoor/outdoor floor plan.
The living room features floor-to-ceiling patio doors that extend wall-to-wall and open up directly towards the outdoor patio with the heated jacuzzi pool. When the doors are open, this space brings the outdoors inward, allowing you to enjoy the year-round warm climate with your family or friends.
You can enjoy the pool on a warm day or we can heat the pool for a warmer jacuzzi experience.
Each bedroom includes luxury hotel bedding for a comfortable night’s rest. The bathrooms include all the bathroom essentials, plus high-end soaps to enjoy.
The kitchen includes all kitchen essentials, perfect for cooking or entertaining, and we have a dining area with seating for 10 for you and your guests to enjoy while dining in.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
Just a 5-7 minute walk to the Parroquia and centrally located in Zona Centro in San Miguel de Allende, this home provides easy access to the city’s vibrant cultural scene, historic landmarks, and charming streets filled with shops and restaurants.
Taxis are available for $70-80 MXN pesos per ride anywhere in the city. We can help arrange transportation for destinations further outside the city. We also have a driver service that can help with airport transportations for $900 MXN or $45 USD per person (minimum 2 people).
If you would like the pool heated, we can do so for an extra charge of $700 MXN per day.
We have a local team of professionals who provide a personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, maid service, private chef or cooking service, or local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloons, cultural tours, and more. Plus, we have a full-time maintenance team if anything goes wrong during your stay.
