This delightful little 1 bedroom terrace house offers the perfect private sanctuary in London and would make the perfect Pied á Terre for any City regulars. Complete with all amenities required for a long or short stay, including a private garden with a terrace and privet free parking spot.
Since it is an entire house, this property offers superb privacy that you might not otherwise receive in an apartment building, including a private entrance and a private garden.
Home layout:
Set across two floors, this home features a fully equipped kitchen fitted with new and modern appliances, living room complete with cable TV and a comfortable sofa. On the top floor, there is a bedroom with full closet storage and a double bed, as well as a full sized bathroom with shower suite. The landing is a workable office space with a comfortably sized desk.
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Shepherds Bush is a vibrant neighbourhood that boasts an array of restaurants and shopping for locals and guests alike. Situated just around the corner are local gems such as the Bush Hall Dining Rooms and coffee spots such as the Bush Theatre.
Amenities:
Grocery Stores- Waitrose and Tesco Express. Shepherd's Bush Market houses a variety of merchants. There is also a post office, cinema, and a Bush Theatre, a world-famous theatre that puts on new plays.
Outdoor Areas:
Hammersmith Park is close by, includes football pitches and a Japanese garden. Shepherd's Bush Green can be a nice place for a picnic. Wormholt Park is a bit further away but has a playground for children.
There are ********derground tube stations nearby.
Shepherd's Bush Market tube station- across the road from the Bush Theatre. Hammersmith and City Line. It is a 7 minute walk from the home.
The second station is Shepherd's Bush Station on the Central Line. It is a 9 minute walk from the home or a 7 minute bus ride from Bloemfontein Road (Stop LF) to Shepherd's Bush Market Station (Stop Q) on the 283.
There is also an Overground station across the road from Shepherds Bush Underground station, also named for Shepherd's Bush.
The Overground is orange, and doesn't go to Central London or to the Heathrow Airport. The Underground is all the other colours, with each colour being a different line to various places in the city centre.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
