Spacious Villa in Roses with pool & amazing views

Large villa located in the middle of the Cap de Creus Natural Park. What should be noted, apart from its luxurious location, are its outdoor facilities (large garden and pool) and the impressive views of the bay of Rosas. Ideal for families and/or groups of friends.
Villa built in a stunning location, secluded amongst olive groves in the foothills of the Pyrenees above the city of Roses and just a short drive from Cadaqués. This luxury house has been built with traditional local stone from Cadaqués and has been renovated to a very high standard.

Access to the Villa is on the road that goes from Roses to Cadaqués. When you open the portal, you will go down a small stone path until you reach the property. There is space to park up to 4 cars comfortably.

Upon entering the interior, you will find a spacious living room with two very large sofas, a Smart TV, and a table to accommodate up to 8 people. This room has a very good illumination thanks to the extensive access to the terrace. This big terrace, apart from the fact that the views of the Gulf of Rosas are unbeatable, it also has an outdoor table to enjoy breakfast and the good summer temperature.
On this first floor, there is also a very spacious first kitchen, equipped with several gas stoves, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, and enough kitchenware for 8 people.
Three of the four rooms are on the first floor, two of them are doubles facing south, and with the same views as from the terrace; and the third room, has two single beds. Finally, two bathrooms with showers are on the upper floor.

Going down to the lower floor, you will see another small dining room with two sofas, a second fully functional kitchen and the fourth double bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. The fourth toilet, without a shower, is next to the second kitchen.

Finally, from the ground floor you can access the pool, barbecue, and garden area, one of the best parts of the Villa.

Villa Vistabella is located on a sunny south facing hillside in the foothills of the Pyrenees, amongst olive groves with the Cap de Creus Natural Park surrounding it. It is an ideal location to escape the crowds, but on the other hand, it is only a 5-minute drive from the fishing port of Roses, the nearest beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The city of Roses has all the facilities you would expect from a modern resort with plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs. The atmosphere is very familiar and friendly. The beaches of Rosas are sandy and safe for children, and at one end of the town is the busy fishing port where you can buy fish and seafood at its famous fish market.

The Bay of Roses is a beautiful bay of sandy beaches that stretches from L'Escala to Roses. The beaches vary from sheltered family stretches, with lifeguards, hammocks and all the facilities, to wild natural spaces where windsurfers and kitesurfers come to play.

Cap De Creus with its impressive rocky coves and sandy beaches is about 15 minutes away by car through a stunning Mediterranean landscape. Drive to the lighthouse at the most eastern point of Spain, where it truly feels like 'the end of the world'. During the summer season you can only access the lighthouse on foot, unless you have a reservation at their restaurant, which then you can get there by car.

You can visit the popular seaside town of Cadaques, where you can see the former home of Salvador Dali, which is now a museum. Cadaqués appears on thousands of postcards of the Costa Brava and the city is full of artist shops and good restaurants.

To the north of Roses, you will find an unspoilt promontory with spectacular scenery and small coves, including Cala Montjoi, where you will see El Bulli, the world-famous restaurant.

There is a very large, protected area of ​​natural wetlands just a few minutes’ drive away. The Aiguamolls de l'Alt Empordà are an important habitat for many species of birds and are very frequented by bird watchers. The places are spectacular, as well as its fauna and flora, you will not regret it if you go for a visit.

Figueres, the capital of the Alt Empordà, about 20 minutes away by car, is a traditional town where the main Salvador Dalí museum is located; many of his famous art pieces are found there. Other historic cities and towns are in the surrounding area. The small, historic city of Girona is about 40 minutes away by car.

The Aqua Brava water park is about 5 minutes away by car and is great fun for the whole family. Open from 09/06 to 11/09.

Empuriabrava is about 15 minutes away. Here you can rent a boat to explore the canals or if you are brave go tandem at the skydiving center.

If you are looking for restaurants, you are spoiled for choice in this area. The number 1 in the world, El Celler de Can Roca, is in Girona, but you must book in advance! Closer to Roses there are plenty of traditional restaurants in the local villages or along the promenade serving morning caught fish and fresh local ingredients. Some of the restaurants that we recommend are SUMAC, L'Ona, Marechiaro, Impacto, Siamshiki, Pura Brasa, Enjoy it, Txots, la Bufala.
A car is essential
Getting there: Girona Airport 45mins. Perpignan Airport - France 1 hour. Barcelona - El Prat 2 hours.
TGV: the fast train is now direct from Paris to Figueres (Vilafant) station.
Roses is just 30 minutes' drive from the French border. Driving from Calais for example takes about 12 hours (750 miles).

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy:

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
