This apartment is furnished with high quality and thoughtful touches, the open plan kitchen/ dining area is perfect for family meals, and is equipped with top notch appliances throughout. This unit is unique in that it is a corner unit and has two balconies giving it a light, bright and airy overall feeling.

The apartment is central, making a walk down to the Sea Point Promenade (or Sea Point Prom as it is affectionately know) convenient, but is also central enough to use Uber to get around within the City, Restaurant/ bars etc. There are two dedicated parking bays available for guests to use in basement (fully secure) parking.
Three Anchor Bay is conveniently located within a short walk to the popular Sea Point Promenade, the V&A Waterfront is close by too and many trendy eateries are dotted along the Main Road and Beach Road of Green Point as well as Sea Point.
Uber is popular and convenient
There are 2x Dedicated parking bays available for guests to make use of during their stay
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
