Situated in a quiet street in Camps Bay, this multi-level home is airy and bright. Renovated (2021) and stylishly decorated by an award winning architect and interior designer, this 4 bedroom villa is a perfect home away from home.
The master en-suite bedroom, situated on the top floor, has floor to ceiling windows with uninterrupted panoramic views of Camps Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Lion's Head mountain. Two further bedrooms, sharing a bathroom are also on the top level. Both of which have views.
On the middle level, there is a 4th en-suite bedroom along with the living area and TV room. There is access to a balcony with beautiful ocean views.
Stairs lead down from the balcony to the private pool where there is a deck and outside dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is also on the middle level where the dining table is situated alongside a floor to ceiling window, with incredible ocean views.
LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP
What is Powered: All lights and all plugs, Wifi, TV and decoder entertainment. Alarm and automatic gates have their own back-up batteries.
What Isn’t Powered: The oven, washing machine, geysers and aircons are not on the back-up grid.
What Doesn’t Require: There’s a gas hob so cooking is still possible, although the rings need to be lit with a lighter or match, as the electric ignition system doesn’t work without Eskom power.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Access is up a private, steep driveway. There are stairs from the garage to the entrance door.
