Imposing and spacious property located in the luxurious urbanization of Palau Saverdera (El Mas Isaac). In it you will find all the facilities you need to enjoy a quiet holiday in one of the most touristic areas of the Costa Brava.
You will be isolated from the tourist frenzy, but at the same time you will see that it is very close to the residential areas where there is more movement and life.
This magnificent house is considered one of the best properties in the entire urbanization. On the first floor, which can be accessed through the main door or through the garage, you will find a large kitchen open to a very spacious dining room that has direct access to the infinity pool. On the same floor there is the first bedroom en suite, with a spacious bathroom that has a shower and bathtub.
If you need a space to work, next to the room there is an office with views to the Gulf of Roses and the Empordà plain.
On the second floor you will find the other 3 rooms. Two of them are double (1 en suite with another huge bathroom) and both facing south. There is a terrace that connects both rooms which also has a jacuzzi; a better way to enjoy the sunset views!
Finally, the third room (facing north) has two individual beds, and from it you can access the patio behind the property.
The property has an air conditioning system that is regulated with the panels that are in the rooms and in the dining room. The whole house, except the toilets and the individual room, have air conditioning.
The exterior of the property is very well maintained, the garden is decorated with a wide variety of flora that makes it much more attractive. Apart from the pool and jacuzzi, it also has a petanque court.
Can Isaac, is a luxury urbanization located in Palau Saverdera. A quiet neighborhood with little crowds. One of the most distinctive aspects of this urbanization is the Neolithic town and several dolmens that were discovered in the late 80s. Today you can go visit this piece of history, enjoying a walk, without using the car and without leaving the urbanization.
Palau - Saverdera is a town of no more than 1500 inhabitants in the Alt Empordà region, located at the foothills of the Sierra Verdera.
A good part of the town is located within the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordà natural parks, a region with many hiking trails.
You can access the town from the same urbanization, and there you can find basic services (town supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, etc).
Palau - Saverdera is full of history, we mention some of the obligatory stops that you must make if you want to spend a quiet afternoon walking through the town.
On the one hand, among the most outstanding places, we find the “Torre del Rellotge” or Cantonera Tower, a building of about 14 meters high that was built in isolation to later be annexed to the Castillo dels Vilamarí (XV century).
As in most towns, the churches form a fundamental part of its history, Palau - Saverdera is no less. In fact, it is considered one of the first Empordà cult temples, the Church of San Juan dates to the beginning of the 11th century (1070) and is characterized by its Romanesque-style architecture.
If you look up, in the heart of the Sierra de Verdera, you will find the Hermitage of Sant Onofre. For hiking lovers there are several routes that lead to it (1 hour), but if you want to continue walking and exploring, we recommend going to the beautiful Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, located on the other side of the Sierra Verdera (also you can get there by car).
Finally, your tour can end at “El Balcó de l’Empordà”, a beautiful viewpoint that covers the entire plain of l’Empordà, but the views improve if the sunset accompanies, don't miss it!
Another of the attractions of this town is its location. You can discover the Costa Brava without having to go through the stresses of the coastal towns, since it is located 5 kilometers from the beaches of Roses and 19 kilometers from the capital of the region, Figueres.
The capital (Figueres) is ideal if you want to go shopping or learn more about the culture of this beautiful land. There you will find a variety of shops and restaurants to spend a good day, but what characterizes Figueres is the museum of the painter Salvador Dalí, a large part of his works can be found there.
Apart from the art museum, Dalí had a house, now adapted for visits, and located in the coastal town of Cadaqués, one of the last villages in the "Alt Empordà" and nestled in the valleys of the Sierra Verdera, truly spectacular.
Finally, Rosas, a fishing village known not only for its beaches and paradisiacal coves such as: Cala Montjoi, Cala Murtra, Cala Rustella and Cala Jòncols; but also, for a very good quality restoration. Some of the restaurants we recommend the most are: SUMAC, Croaks, Marechiaro, Gozos Mundanos Bistró and Pata Negra.

Cancellation and collection policy
When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
