This spacious apartment is as close as you can get to the beach in Sea Point, its on the beachfront row in the Prince Edward Mansions block! :) Watch the world go by from the living room, enjoy the endless ocean views or walk to the famous promenade for a bike ride or run. You will never run out of fabulous food and entertainment options that are all so close by. Off street parking is available, there is a washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV as well as a sleeper couch in living room.

This vibrant suburb of Cape Town, just outside the city centre between Mouille Point, Green Point and Bantry Bay, has more than overcome its former reputation as a crime-ridden part of the mother city. Today Sea Point enjoys a bustling 24-hour cosmopolitan vibe that has drawn a number of city execs to settle in its beachfront high-rises.
Sea Point is divided by Main Road, with its many shops, takeaways, restaurants, clubs and coffee bars. Just about everything you need is found in this part of the city and it hums with activity. Up the slopes of Signal Hill, away from the Atlantic Ocean, lie large, private villas that fetch into the millions for their views and proximity to the centre of Cape Town.
In the other direction, lining the famous Sea Point promenade that draws locals and visitors for walking and jogging or just people-watching, are Sea Point’s luxury beachfront and self-catering apartments - popular with the young and trendy or those with small families.
The promenade runs the length of Sea Point’s beachfront, from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point and is a hub of activity, particularly in the early morning or late afternoons to watch the sun set right next to the waters of the Atlantic Seaboard. A number of children’s parks run alongside the promenade and there is a chlorinated swimming pool at the pavilion.
Reaching the trendy and there-to-be-seen beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay is an easy walk or drive, and the city centre and Waterfront are minutes away.
There is a MyCity bus stop nearby, from which you have access to many different lines; you can use the off street parking bay to keep your car or rental car in between trips; or you can walk from the apartment to many nearby attractions. I do also recommend Uber.

Our housekeeping staff use gloves and face masks to mitigate the spread of any germs/virus.
We have hospital grade disinfectant at this property for guests to use and keep yourself virus free.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers.
We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
