Our studio apartments are newly well design renovated. They are fully furnished with new kitchens and showers. There is Jacuzzi in studio number 2, and also brand new shower in studio number 1 you as guest can in few second to enjoy the beaches and all surrounding area that include hacarmel market that we also have apartment building inside the carmel market. . The owner of the building is an experience traveler, acquired from years of traveling. As such he is familiar with traveler's needs. This is great advantage of our apartments. If you need two bedrooms, or any need of budget also we can offer, just contact us since we own different location around TEL AVIV and Jerusalem.

Less than 1 minute walk in the middle of the beaches of TEL Aviv . Less than 5 minute walk to the picturesque promenade and bathing beaches of Tel Aviv that stretch from north Tel Aviv to the port of old Jaffa, with all its coffee houses and restaurants. All of this combined with the view to the sea.
Less than 10 minute walk to the well-known beautiful "neve-zedek" neighborhood.
Less than 15 minute walk to the flea market of old Jaffa. Where you can look for a bargain, trying to find some antique souvenir, have a coffee or dine amid the enjoying atmosphere of the market especially on the weekends.
Less than 15 minute walk to the old city of Jaffa with its nice and elegant galleries and shops, visit the historic site excavation telling the story of Jaffa. You can enjoy the sea view from the top of hill. If you want you can just stroll through streets of Jaffa and discover the daily activates of the local population, the Jewish and Arab.
Parallel to Ha-Carmel Street, the location of the “HA-Carmel Market Apartments”, runs the known hangout place "Nahalat Binyamin" St. with its artistic stands, coffee houses, restaurants and shops. Just cross the Allenby St, from the east side of Nahalat Binyamin St and you are on the Shenkin St which is a known Tel Aviv hangout place for all ages.
