The apartment is bright, spacious and has two generously sized double bedrooms for guests to get comfy in. The living area is modern, cosy, and will easily seat 6 guests to unwind and watch their favourite TV shows! If you fancy some delicious home cooking the fully fitted kitchen comes with all the modern appliances you need to whip up some tasty meals.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is minutes away from the Pier Head, Echo Arena, and the Albert Dock consisting of beautiful restaurants and wonderful nightlife, sights, and people! The Liverpool One Shopping Centre is also just 5-10 minutes away by walking.
Central and Lime Street stations are both less than 10 minutes away by car and many taxi ranks are nearby, the main bus terminal is about a 5-minute walk into Liverpool One.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 10th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
** Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
