Uniquely decorated, cosy and modern 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Being so central makes it perfect for both leisure and business travellers - minutes walk to the shopping and business districts! The open living/kitchen area is bright and spacious ideal for relaxing in front of the TV or enjoying your favourite meal at the large dining table. The apartment also has a huge private balcony which with stunning city views!
There is a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a huge open plan living/dining area for guests to relax in. The huge windows throughout provide plenty of natural light and great city views! The quirky music inspired decor makes it a truly unique place to stay! There is even a grand piano in the living room!
Please note: The guitars are no longer in this apartment and we have installed curtains in the bedroom since the professional photography.
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
The apartment is in a residential building with quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that guests are therefore quiet and respectful back.
The apartment is so central that everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! Should you want to venture further afield the best transport links are all within walking distance.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
