Villa Sunshine is located in Kisiltas within a short 10 min walk of a selection of shops, restaurants and the beach of Kalkan. The property is ideally located for guests wanting everything close by. Fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, all bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning as well as the open-plan lounge and dining area. Outside the three terraces and the large private pool (with views of the Mediterranean) are equipped with sun loungers, dining facilities and a barbecue.
Villa Sunshine offers a modern contemporary lifestyle both inside and outside. The outside space is fabulous with an extended marble terrace giving extensive room for sunbathing and al fresco dining. The large swimming pool set in a private space below the property affording extra privacy for guests on a hot summer's day. Comfortable sun-loungers are in abundance to make this the perfect place to relax and catch some rays
There is a spacious open plan living area with a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances and is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all of the cookware, tableware, cutlery and glasses that you will need
The dining area has a large table with comfortable seating for 6 and there is a downstairs bathroom and small utility area
The living room is light and airy with 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the terrace and down another set of stairs to the pool. It has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV…..you will spend most of your time outdoors but should you need a ‘night in’ its perfect for relaxing in comfort
The three bedrooms are split over three floors, all affording the guest, views of the Mediterranean. The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower room, a king sized bed, private balcony and sea views.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom and again has great sea views and the third bedroom is has a double bed. There are wardrobes in all rooms. There is also a separate family bathroom.
All towels and linens are provided and for guests staying more than 10 days there is a mid clean and laundry change. A BBQ is provided and all guests have full access to the communal facilities. Wireless internet is available throughout.

You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool (heated on request during the winter).
KALKAN
As a retreat from the rigours of modern life, Kalkan is little short of idyllic!
Nestled round a sheltered natural harbour at the foot of the majestic Taurus Mountains, this unspoilt historic town overlooks a bay of breathtaking beauty.
A thriving Greek fishing village called Kalamaki until the 1920s; Kalkan is now largely devoted to high-end tourism.
Look out for Kalkan's charms in the compact old town including the picturesque harbour, shops, and various eateries including cafés, bars and high-end restaurants.
The town is well served by banks and supermarkets. There is a large Thursday market in town and a smaller local market in the neighbouring village of Akbel on a Sunday.
The harbour area caters for all including a small pebbly beach, beach clubs (many of which can be reached by a frequent boat shuttle service) and not forgetting the very popular past-time of a day at sea on one of the many daily boat trips.
The world-renowned Kaputas beach and Patara, with its Lycian ruins are both only a 10-minute drive.
You can access the town on foot or via the very reliable local taxi service.
If you wish to venture further, the taxi service can take you to many of the popular tourist attractions. However, should you wish to hire a car, the This Is Kalkan team can make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf.
