Stunning contemporary Villa in the exclusive area of Kisla, five minutes from the Kalkan beach club with restaurant, bar, water-sports, beach and boat taxi service to Kalkan harbour during the day. It is also 5 minutes walk from the world renowned Hotel Villa Mahal with its exclusive facilities. The Villa offers breath taking vistas from all levels including the pool and a bright, spacious interior with modern décor. We very much hope that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday at this Villa soon.
Large sitting area on the roof top terrace area to watch the sunset with a drink and nibble as well as a Telescope to watch the day go by.
Villa KIKI is a large 4 bedroom contemporary and luxury villa set in the very serene and exclusive area of Kisla. It has a 60sqm living space with a modern open plan kitchen. When you sit at the bar, watching the sailing boats criss cross the sea, you have a feeling of being surrounded by a green and lush garden. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two also have balconies. Villa KIKI has special tinted windows which provide privacy and give it a cool feeling when you are inside the villa.
You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool.
Villa KIKI is designed as an open plan living with all the amenities available for a contemporary/luxury stay. The Bar area is looking over the stunning infinity pool with colourful/uplifting Bougainvillea to look at whilst having a drink and a nibble and watching the ferries and boats travelling up and down the sea. All of the space in the Villa are accessible for guests including the spacious rooftop terrace to watch the stunning sunset every day if you wish.
KALKAN
As a retreat from the rigours of modern life, Kalkan is little short of idyllic!
Nestled round a sheltered natural harbour at the foot of the majestic Taurus Mountains, this unspoilt historic town overlooks a bay of breathtaking beauty.
A thriving Greek fishing village called Kalamaki until the 1920s; Kalkan is now largely devoted to high-end tourism.
Look out for Kalkan's charms in the compact old town including the picturesque harbour, shops, and various eateries including cafés, bars and high-end restaurants.
The town is well served by banks and supermarkets. There is a large Thursday market in town and a smaller local market in the neighbouring village of Akbel on a Sunday.
The harbour area caters for all including a small pebbly beach, beach clubs (many of which can be reached by a frequent boat shuttle service) and not forgetting the very popular past-time of a day at sea on one of the many daily boat trips.
Gentle 10/15 min walk into town or pop down the Villa Mahal for the water taxi to take you into town.
