Welcome to this beautiful big cosy private double bedroom in our recently renovated fully equipped shared self service apartment.

You will have (this) one big private bedroom in this big 3 bedroom apartment.
The private room has king-size bed, lovely big window and quiet working area. Also plenty of space to store your belongings. Lovely extras are Bluetooth stereo and lovely Greek artworks:) All linens, towels and maps provided, and of course the door has also lock and a key.
This spacious room will be your private area on your stay.
You will also have access to the shared areas such as- a lovely dining area, a new and fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
There is washing machine, iron with the board and a pharmacy box in common use.
There is also Mac computer for guests to use.
You will share those with other guests like you.
(When using shared facilities all guests are kindly asked to respect and care for the property and your neighbors well being- so please no mess, noise and braking the things.)
FOR INDEPENDENT TRAVELER WHO LIKES COMFORT AND SECURITY.
Neither of us is living in this place, but Tia visits occasionally and we are always available via phone or internet to assist you with any kind of questions you might have. We also provide maps, instructions and a computer in public area for guests to use.
We have automatic check in system that we provide detailed instructions for.
This room is a perfect option for independent traveller who wishes well arranged accommodation.

Pangrati is very central and lively, but secure and residential area. Lots of shops and bars, and plenty of green. Walking distance from centre and most of historical sights.
Nearest supermarket 2 minutes away, many other shops 5 min walk away, nearby many nice bakeries, coffee shops.

Very central, so getting around by foot would be nice option. Public transport available, bus and trolley stations very close, we can provide detailed information.
AIRPORT
There is bus ( X95) just in front of the airport arrivals (€6) and metro (€10) from airport to city centre (Evangelismos or Syntagma station), from there for first time visitor would be wise to take taxi (€4-5 ).
If you choose to come from airport by taxi, it costs around €40.

To provide good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be very flexible with Check in/out times, but we try to do our best to help our guests. When your flight arrives very early or late, we can suggest nice lugagge storage in centre!:)

You will share those with other guests, altogether we have 3 bedrooms in this apartment, usually other guests are single female travelers or couples, rarely single male travelers. Everyone are decent and neat people and we have set of house rules to help you co exist.
There is washing machine and a pharmacy box in common use.
There is also Mac computer for our guests to use.
The other residents in this apartment are also clean and polite tourists.
Pangrati is a lively safe neighbourhood with everything you need within one block- cafe, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops..!
The are itself is residential, real Greek area. It is safe, it is local, it gives you the glimpse of true Greek life. Same time being very conveniently near everything a tourist comes to see in Athens with 20 min of walk or short trolley bus ride you are in Syntagma or Acropolis:)
Architecture is modest- typical Greek residential area, but it is really very safe (even at night!) and easy connected with centre. Syntagma is 10 min by trolleybus, 20 min by walk, or 5 min by taxi (5-6 euros- if you are asked more, then you have an dishonest driver)
Very easy route to and from AIRPORT (bus X95 to Syntagma and then 5 eur Taxi) and ship port- instructions provided in itinerary.
It is comfortably near the centre, walking distance to the tourist area- 10 min to First Olympic Stadium, the Acropolis is further another 10 Min - but as the walk to city from Olympic stadium goes between Zeus temple and Zapio/National Gardens- so it is a fantastic stroll- please read maps provided, so you will not be lost.
* Please do ask instructions for public transport (if you can not find them by yourself- maps provided), we have excellent connection by buses, it is pitty if people do not use it and then complain that there is no transport. we provide you with all useful tools- please use it:)
There are trolley buses within 3-5 min and metro station EVAGELISMOS, SYNTAGMA 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
trolley buses 2,4,11 and bus 209 connect with Synagma, taxi is 4 eur ride

AIRPORT- 6 eur bus (X95) to Syntagma plus 4-5 eur taxi ride
Pireaus ship port 10-15 eur by taxi.
Bus X95 from airport runs 24/7 and bus 40 from Syntagma to ship port also 24/7.

WE CAN NOT OFFER LUGGAGE STORAGE, as we do not have space for such service, and for security reasons we can not have people coming and going after their check in/out times. If someone comes 2-3 hours early and Tia is there, you may bring your luggage bit earlier..
When your flight arrives very early or late,
we recommend luggage storage in city centre- look our guidebook or ask us ;)
There is always a luggage storage in airport, ship port and bus station- so when your route comes or goes from those, then you may be able to leave your things there as well.
If you should have any questions or I can help you or make your stay more convenient, please do not hesitate to ask!
LATE CHECK IN is ok - but you must be not noisy- as we have other guests too!
After 12 at midnight you can check in only when you use our private driver services- this is for your and our comfort- to make sure that you can arrive to the accommodation safely and instead of being lost somewhere and calling us at night to ask advice or help. The cost is same as usual taxi, but the comfort level is priceless:) Please keep that in mind when booking.

Price is calculated by ******** depending on dates and number of guests you have inserted in your inquiry. Please check the calendar to see available dates and prices.
If the room is not available- feel free to check our other listings (always equal in quality, and sometimes even with better price)
Extra person costs 10€ per night and it is against our house rules to bring people in without booking accordingly.
Cleaning fee is one time fee for one time service- to provide you with freshly prepared bed and room, also to provide you with essentials in kitchen and bathroom. It is added to each booking. Please do not negotiate to remove or decrease it- we provide specific quality for specific price, you can see the positive result from our reviews.
** All possible changes and cancellations must be done here via ******** and according to our chosen policy (strict). We can not accept last moment changes in dates.
