About the Place

This very spacious and modern two bedroom apartment stretches across two floors with a total space of 970 square foot. Situated in a very residential and prime location, off the Fulham Road, this apartment is the perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort. It is a beautiful space if you looking for a home away from home and to also enjoy the vibrant city life.
This gorgeous flat features two generously sized bedrooms, each elegantly decorated to create a tranquil atmosphere and space. The master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom and chic furnishing, as well as ample wardrobe space.

The living room is the epitome of elegance and spaciousness, bathed in natural light from tall and large windows. The room's sophisticated décor includes an array of seating arrangements, making it the perfect place to relax and to entertain guests.

Adjacent to the living area is a dedicated dining room. This space is both stylish and functional; ideal for enjoying family meals or for a decent space to work.

The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances and offers plenty of counter space. It also includes a charming little marble table with a cosy and inviting seating arrangement around it.

One of the standout features of this flat is the pretty outside terrace. This private outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining, enjoying a good book, or to relax while taking in the fresh air. It is a lovely addition to the flat.
To access this apartment, go through the main building door with the first Banham Key, walk up a flight and half of stairs to the top floor and it is the flat directly in front of you. Open the flat door with the second relevant (Banham) key.

Please note that we offer bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
