This charming two bedroom & two bathroom property in Kensington is a welcoming place to stay. The interior design of the flat is tastefully done, featuring furnishings that perfectly complement the neutral colour scheme, creating a harmonious and elegant aesthetic. The living space has been thoughtfully designed to provide ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The floor plan allows for a seamless flow between the living room & dining area through the rest of the property and the garden, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Out from the living room you will have access to the private garden. Here you will have plenty of space to dine al fresco and enjoy a morning coffee in your private retreat. Back in the house and Into the kitchen you have all the kitchen essentials for dining and cooking.
The bedrooms in this property offer comfortable retreats for rest and relaxation. Each room is carefully appointed with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and ample storage space, ensuring a peaceful and clutter-free environment. The two bedrooms comprise a super king which has connection out to the garden terrace and the second king bedroom. The Abingdon - Quaint gastropub interior with U-shaped bar for imaginative combinations and an extensive wine list.
Kitchen W8 - Stylish contemporary restaurant with framed art, for imaginative, high-end Modern European cuisine.
For brunch why not try Balans Soho Society, where you will find delicious pancakes and perfectly poach eggs. A tip, they also serve delicious lunches and dinners.
The Ivy on Kensington High Street - neighbourhood-style brasserie for accessible Modern British eats, served all day

PUBS:
We love the recently refurbished Princess Victoria pub, just 5 minutes from the apartment. It is the perfect place to get some tapas as it is now under the management of a lovely Spanish lady. But if you are looking for a traditional English pub you have the Scarsdale Tavern , where you will find the good food and generous portions that have built its reputation as a great place to eat in Kensington. The Hansom Cab, a traditional pub with a weekly quiz night, named after the replacement for the Hackney carriage. For a contemporary gastropub with wood-panelled walls, leather armchairs and a conservatory dining room we recommend The Britannia.

SUPERMARKETS:
You will find a Waitrose just 10 minutes away, a Marks & Spencer 5 minutes away and a Whole foods Market a 7 minutes walk away from the apartment.

MUSEUMS & ATTRACTIONS:
The Design Museum is 10 minutes away and the Holland Park entrance is a short walk from the flat.
The Kensington Palace, Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum are 20 minutes away (or 10-15 min by bus).
The house is perfectly located in the just north of Kensington High Street.
The closest tube station is High Street Kensington (Circle and District lines).

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
