A1A and US1 are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it!
