THE PROXIMITY: A 20 minute walk to the walk-on beach access, 3 minute drive to the public beach parking, 5 minute drive to Publix, restaurants and all of the rental shops and a 10 minute drive into the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A and US1 are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is a short drive to North Beach Park to park and walk on! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street in St. Augustine Beach or in Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

Just a seven minute drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!
