A 10 minute drive to all of downtown St. Augustine's historical offerings! Enjoy a mixologist-mixed cocktail at the Ice Plant or take a ghost tour inside Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Walk around our beautiful cobblestone streets and observe the Spanish architecture of 1565 and the late 1800's Victorians homes.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). * IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!
