THE CONDO: I cannot emphasize enough the relaxing vibe of this space! Spread out on the roomy patio and enjoy jaw-dropping uninhibited sunrise views! The space is beautifully appointed and updated. Every room has a smart TV with cable so you can browse and surf channels and you favorite streaming apps to your heart's content! The fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and updated bathrooms create an ideal vacation environment. Sip your morning coffee over the view and relax or pack a lunch and head to the beach, just steps away!

3. There are very specific parking requirements. Please see the condo office immediately upon arrival to register your vehicles and pick up parking passes that allow you to park your car in certain areas. The first 2 cars are free. Additional cars are $25 per vehicle, per stay and must be paid in ******** to the office upon arrival.
4. At this time, all amenities remain open year round during posted daily time frames.
5. This is a NO pets condo property complex. Service animals and therapy animals can be registered at the front office ONLY if the guest provides ALL the following: 1. Doctor's note 2. Proof of immunizations and vaccinations 3. Certification paperwork.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99.
