Tourist taxes, collected on behalf of the community of municipalities are not included in our rates. They depend on the number of people. They are payable directly on site.

NOISE AND SILENCE:
MAISON ALETEIA favors calm with the neighborhood. The respectful rule of French law (Article R. 623-2 of the Penal Code) is the establishment of silence from 10:00 p.m. and exceptionally 11:00 p.m. during external events.
SECURITY :
The safety instructions must be consulted and followed scrupulously. We remind you that the use of fire is strictly prohibited throughout the HOUSE except in the places provided. For security reasons, the capacity of our accommodation cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. A first aid kit is available if needed.
ANIMALS :
Dogs and cats are tolerated after authorization from the owner. In rental accommodation only dogs under 30kg are accepted and only after agreement. Any damage caused by pets will be fully paid for by the tenants.
ARRIVALS:
For the HOUSE: arrivals are any day of the week after 4:00 p.m. Departures are any day of the week before 11:00 am. In high season (July and August) arrivals are normally on Saturday after 4:00 p.m. and departures on Saturday before 11:00 a.m. For another day contact the owner to fix the hours.
DEPOSIT REQUEST:
The reservation is guaranteed and confirmed only after receipt of the deposit. The amount of the deposit corresponds to 50% of the estimate. Any modification of date, identity calls into question our agreement. The balance of the proposal or estimate will be claimed from you 30 days before your arrival. The reservation will be maintained 24 hours after the arrival date fixed in the proposal or the estimate; except notice of delay from the customer reported within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, after this time we consider the reservation void. The customer can take out insurance to cover this risk. Any shortened stay is not refunded. Travelers who cancel at least 21 days before the arrival date will get a 100% refund. Holidaymakers who cancel between 14 and 21 days before the arrival date will obtain a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, the holidaymakers will not obtain any refund.
EXTENSION OF STAY:
Additional nights or weeks will be granted according to availability and charged additionally. The request should be made as soon as possible.
