Surround sound music system. 3 indoor fireplaces. Garage parking for 2 cars and secure parking inside the property for 3 more cars.

Rondebosch is a friendly, family neighbourhood, where people look out for each other. There is a park 200m away from the house and the bottom gate of the property leads onto a private school field which can be exclusively used by 4 houses only. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance. Cavendish square Shopping Mall is 1 km from the house as well as many restaurants, bars and clubs. Newlands rugby and cricket stadiums are 500m from our front door.
