The Mutual Heights building is set in the heart of Cape Town, within walking distance to historical landmarks such as the Company's Garden, the Cape of Good Hope Castle, the City Hall, Greenmarket Square and the Grande Parade.

This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a strict cancellation policy. •No shoes on the bed or on the furniture.
•No smoking inside the home.
Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains will be applied.
•Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
•Please wash your dishes after use.
If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
•PARKING
Parking is provided if prearranged with your host.
•Please do not rearrange the furniture.
•No parties, or additional guests without previous approval from your host.
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
•Return all keys and access cards
There is an additional cost charged by the building for replacing access disks and cards. Please make sure not to lose them.
•Lastly, because this is an bnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in CapeTown, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
