It's equipped with: a small Sofa, LCD TV 32", a Laptop, big Double bed (160x190), ceilingFun, wardrobe where you'll find kettle tea and camomille! Private small Balcony arranged with a small table and two chairs. Your private Bathroom (with Shower) is just in front of the Room. Hairdryer, Soap and Shampoo are provided. Free Bed and Bath Linen Furnished and Weekly Changed.
The area is really quite and Safe. Different kind of restaurants, Shops, Pharmacies, Banks, a Supermarkets and bar at less of 5 minutes walking distance. We'll provide you of all the maps you may need and all the suggestion possible to visit the best wine farms and medieval Villages in the area.
My father Piero (Engineer and Teacher) and My mother Dolly (Bookkeeper) are very open mind people. They're a discreet but also easygoing youthful couple who love to travel a lot. they like cultural exchanges. Two years ago I started to rent the Room like a Jock and now they feel better at home when are there some guests :) I live in the same apartment from March to October. So I'll be happy to think about your check in and I'll help you for everything you may need . I'll prepare your Breakfast during the morning and provide you of many maps and tips about the surrounding area ;)
