Podere Villole Apartment Pisa

The Apartment Pisa was built in 2006, together with the neighboring Apartment Cortona and the adjacent seminar room, on the foundations of the last ruined part of the estate. The ensemble shares the long east terrace with a view over to Moncioni. On the first floor, just behind the entrance, is the bright eat-in kitchen, with the bathroom behind it. An open, light staircase leads up to the morning sun-drenched bedroom. Pisa is suitable for one to two people due to its compact 50 square meters of living space. Under the south-facing large window, which looks onto the south terrace with olive tree and cistern, lies like a separée still the small Pisa breakfast terrace.
The entrances of the three apartments Firenze, Siena and Arezzo are south-facing and accessible just after the parking lot and driveway to the estate. On the landscaped forecourt is also the old cistern, in the middle of a circle of old trees: for many guests a cherished ("power") place to dream, read, relax ...
On the east terrace of the estate there are two other apartments - Pisa and Cortona - and next to them the large seminar room. A fully equipped kitchen is offered by each apartment at Podere Villole. And you can drink our tap water without worrying: it is pumped from over 70 meters deep from our own well. In furnishing the apartments I have dispensed with televisions: Instead, you will find a high-quality music system and an abundant supply of CDs. Each of the apartments offers its residents its own terrace with deck chairs.
