Our apartment Aury is the perfect place in Torre del Mar, cozy and comfortable, located in an apartment building with an elevator. Its standard capacity is for 4 people, distributed in two double rooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, it can accommodate two more people, allowing up to 6 people by using the double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and perfect for serving the guests. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with everything needed to cook and prepare delicious meals during your vacation. The bathroom, with a large new shower, is ideal for a refreshing shower after the beach and for storing hygiene items for up to 6 people.

The living room is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light coming through the windows, making it a very pleasant space. The seating area with the large sofa is perfect for relaxing, watching TV, having a chat, and enjoying great moments together with all the guests.

There is also a dining area with a table and chairs for everyone. The living room has access to a small terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or having breakfast.

The house is equipped to make your summer vacation an ideal moment, with air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and internet connection.

APARTMENT RULES

We do not accept guests coming for bachelor parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events, or making noise at night, are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the apartment and the loss of the deposit. We promote quality tourism.
The apartment is located in a modern residential building. The entrance is securely made through a smart lock, allowing guests to access the apartment using their mobile phone, without the need for traditional keys. This system provides greater security and convenience.
The building has an elevator for your convenience. Additionally, parking is easy to find in the vicinity, making your stay even more comfortable.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we are not authorized to serve food.

The beds will be made and ready for you upon arrival. You will also be provided with two towels per person: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Self-Check-in: Access to the apartment is fully autonomous through an electronic lock, allowing you to check in at any time without additional cost.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is detailed in the listing, and must be paid before your arrival. To facilitate the deposit, we use the secure Swikly service, which allows you to make the deposit online easily and securely with a bank card number. The amount will not be charged, only authorized for a potential charge in case of damage. Bank fees (1% of the deposit amount) will be borne by the guest and charged directly by Swikly upon accepting the authorization. The deposit must be completed no later than one month before your arrival, using the link provided by the host.

Damage Deposit Collection: If the apartment is left clean and undamaged at the end of your stay, the bank details will be removed within a maximum of 10 days after checkout.

In case of damages or missing items, the owner will notify, and Swikly will handle the collection. The amount will be deducted from the deposit, with an additional 5.6% for handling fees.
