It is a very sunny, bright and spacious accommodation. It has air conditioning in the living room and heating as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
It has 3 rooms distributed as follows: a double room with a large bed, large closets and lots of light, a second room with bunk beds that are two single beds, storage space and lots of light, and a third very bright single room, comfortable and with space to store.

The apartment has a large, fully equipped bathroom with shower, with storage space, toilet and bidet. In addition to this bathroom, we have an additional toilet.

There is a laundry room where the washing machine is located and space to hang wet clothes and store cleaning and cleaning supplies.

The kitchen is independent, is completely renovated and is an equipped and conditioned space for cooking and living comfortably for a long period of time. It also has natural light which makes it more comfortable and functional.

* As this is an apartment that is rented for stays of one month or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
