There are 5 large double en suite bedrooms, with each en suite comprising of a walk-in shower, sink & toilet. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor
The living/dining room containing a smart TV with apps for streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon, two comfortable 3 seater sofas, and dining table (which doubles as a bright space to 'work from home'.
The fully-fitted kitchen & utility area are home to an american-style double fridge/freezer, washing machine and various kitchen essentials including a L'Or Nespresso coffee machine and all the usual utensils. This leads out to the rear garden and patio area.

Historically, Eccles grew around the 13th-century Parish Church of St. Mary where a textile industry was established during the Industrial Revolution, the area is also famous for the Eccles cake.
Today the neighbourhood is leafy and green, providing an ideal base within a peaceful and tranquil environment offering an escape from the hustle & bustle of Manchester City, whilst being close to all local amenities popular for tourists, contractors, corporates, and residents alike.
