Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom & 1-den home on Folsom Ave. This delightful residence spans 650 square feet on a basement suite, providing ample space for a small group of travellers. With its pristine condition and generous layout, it is perfect for couples, families with two children, or a group of four friends. The rooms offer a blend of simplicity and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Centrally located, our private suite allows for convenient access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities. A short stroll to Como Lake and Blue mountain park and a short drive to Mundy Park and its beautiful trails.
Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, and we ensure a sanitized environment for your safety and overall enjoyment. Rest assured, our home can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Our place is a 15 minute drive away from the Coquitlam downtown core and with easy highway access, we are a 30-40 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. We are a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bus ride to both Burquitlam station and Lougheed Town Centre to get on the Skytrain.
The Coquitlam area is renowned for its beautiful natural landscapes. Nearby, you'll find a network of scenic hiking trails, lush greenspaces, and tranquil parks. Popular spots like Town Centre Park and Lafarge Lake offer ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and connecting with nature.
