The private primary suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed along with a futon and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has plush queen-sized bed along with one single and one pull out single bed. Third bedroom has plush queen-sized bed.

Both full bathrooms feature luxe, tiled walk-in showers, plus a hotel-style starter pack with essential toiletries. There is one bathroom connected to the primary suite, and the second is conveniently located off the main living area in the hallway.

Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street. There is no access to the garage.

Explore the area's vibrant Natural Hot Springs and breathtaking mountain views. City is named for its many natural hot springs & is one of several places in the world with naturally occurring hot and cold mineral springs, which you can enjoy by visiting them at your leisure.

As you drive up to the house, you can park your car on the driveway and also in the 2 car covered garage.
There are 2 security cameras in the property located in the front yard- one is monitoring the front of the garage and the other one front of the house. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a noise monitor installed in the patio. It is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. It is not recording video or audio.

NOISE: All Desert Cities in Riverside County have strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
Guest is responsible for any fines, citations or penalties imposed against the property owner for actions triggering a violation of the City of Desert Hot Springs.
