As you drive up to the house, you can park your car on the driveway and also under the covered carport.

NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian.

Additional rules
○ Damages - report all damages within 2 hours of your arrival.
○ Parking - Max 4 vehicles. Use the garage and driveway. No street parking allowed.
○ No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed inside the house.
Long term renter (with booking 28days plus) - Additional Rule
○ renter must go through a credit check process after booking and/or submitting a booking request, need to do full rental application, collect deposit and complete a rental contract before any access can be granted.
Security:
○ For security reasons, house has Audio & video Ring Doorbell at the front entry and security cameras w floodlight located above garage door facing driveway.
Check in:
○ Regular check-in time is 3 pm & check out time is 11 am
○ Early check-in or late check-out may be offered during off seasons (if available)
○ Not offered during high season and during events and holidays.
○ Call a day before for availability
○ Early Check-in $150 (as early as 11:00 AM)
○ Late Checkout $150 (as late as 3:00 PM)
Noise:
○ Palm Springs has a noise ordinance. Outside sound emanating from amplifying equipment, music, pool, and people is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
○ No loud noise or music allowed at any time of the day. If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
○ If the noise ordinance is broken, guests will be penalized and asked to leave without refund. During daytime hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, we ask guests to be mindful of any noise and to be respectful of the neighbors as the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
○ We DO NOT service local bookings within 20 mile radius to avoid loud parties.
Please make sure ALL your guests are aware of the NO MUSIC HEARD OUTDOORS rules to avoid an unpleasant visit by City Enforcement and/or our staff. All music (including cell phones) is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day (including indoor music that can be heard outdoors).
○ There is a Noise level monitor installed outside in the patio area.
○ If sound decibels exceed a certain threshold you will be notified & we will contact the guest about it.
○ Voice or sound is not recorded on these devices.
○ This device has the capacity to track the amplitude of decibel sound waves only.
Swimming pool:
○ Caution: The pool is less than 6' feet deep & has no safety fencing
○ Pool hours: Please consider moving indoors after 10:00 pm.
○ Option: $90 per day pool heating fee - must be for the duration of the entire stay
○ Due to increasing high gas costs, all bookings will have additional $30 per day cost for spa heating
○ Please swim at your own risk and never swim alone.
○ If you are sick, pregnant, or have any health issues, we ask that you do not use the pool or hot tub as safety is our primary concern.
○ No diving is allowed as serious injury, paralyzation, or death may occur
