Villa Burak

Villa Burak is a tastefully decorated 3 bedroom property with a nice private pool and outdoor spaces. It is centrally located within the sought after resort of Kalkan and its expansive selection of rooftop restaurants and bars. The town pebble beach is a short taxi trip away or a 20 minute stroll. The villa is spacious inside and out, including the private roof terrace, and makes a great choice for a relaxing holiday.
The inviting private pool is set in a terrace with plenty of space for the sun beds. There is a covered seating area where you can take a break from the sun and relax with a cool drink. The BBQ is nearby the pool, perfect for alfresco dining.

Villa Burak has 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a separate en-suite shower room. On the second floor are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with access to a bathroom. The double bedroom has access to a balcony with a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy the surrounding views of Kalkan.

The open plan living area is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. There are also patio doors that open out onto the pool terrace.
You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool. There is a private entrance to the property.
KALKAN
As a retreat from the rigours of modern life, Kalkan is little short of idyllic!

Nestled around a sheltered natural harbour at the foot of the majestic Taurus Mountains, this unspoilt historic town overlooks a bay of breathtaking beauty.

A thriving Greek fishing village called Kalamaki until the 1920s; Kalkan is now largely devoted to high-end tourism.

Look out for Kalkan's charms in the compact old town including the picturesque harbour, shops, and various eateries including cafés, bars and fine dining restaurants.

The town is well served by banks and supermarkets. There is a large Thursday market in town and a smaller local market in the neighbouring village of Akbel on a Sunday.

The harbour area caters for all, including a small pebble beach, beach clubs (many of which can be reached by a frequent boat shuttle service); water sports clubs; and not forgetting the very popular past-time of a day at sea.

If you wish to venture beyond Kalkan, a visit to Kas (20min drive) would be highly recommended or to Fethiye, which is very popular for shopping.
You can access the town via the very reliable local taxi service.

If you wish to venture further, the taxi service can take you to many of the popular tourist attractions. However, should you wish to hire a car, the This Is Kalkan team can make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.
