The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double mattress and the other with a bunk bed, perfect for families or small groups. The bedrooms are designed to provide a restful ambiance, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that seamlessly connects to a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.

The living room is furnished with a small table and a comfortable sofa that overlooks the terrace. Step outside, and you'll discover a spacious terrace area with a delightful pool (The pool is 6 meters long by 3 wide. The depth goes from 0,85 meters to 1,5 meters.), where you can cool off during warm summer days. The terrace is thoughtfully designed, featuring a built-in BBQ and a large dining table that comfortably accommodates six guests, all while offering stunning views of the canals. Parking will never be an issue, as we offer free parking on the premises as well as on the road in front of the villa.
