Beautiful renovated apartment located in the center of Rosas, specifically in the fishermen's neighborhood, which is 1 minute walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the tourist center where you will find all the services you may need.

Upon entering the apartment you will see the dining room with a table large enough for six, opened to the living room, equipped with air conditioning, sofa, television with Chromcast, high-speed WIFI connection and the heating control unit.
It has large windows, therefore natural lighting is very good as well as ventilation.

From the dining room you can access the three bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen:

Two of the rooms have a double bed and the third a bunk bed. All three share the fact that they have a large closet and are very well lit thanks to their large windows. The three bedrooms share a fully equipped and renovated bathroom.

The kitchen, with a long layout and fully equipped, has a dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine and enough kitchenware for six people.

The Fishermen's neighborhood, where the apartment is located, was built during the 60s, being the main residence of the fishing families of Roses. For 60 years, its original architecture has been protected, thus maintaining a unique charm. With the expansion of the town, today this neighborhood is located in the center, which makes it easily accessible to all the services that Roses offers.

The town of Roses has all the facilities you would expect in a modern area with many bars, restaurants and clubs. The atmosphere is very familiar and friendly. The beaches are sandy and safe for children, and at one end of the village, you’ll find the port where you can purchase fish and shellfish at its famous fish market.

The Bay of Roses is a beautiful bay of sandy beaches that stretches from L'Escala to Roses. The beaches vary from sheltered family stretches, with lifeguards, hammocks and all the facilities, to wild natural spaces where windsurfers and kitesurfers come to practice their sport.

Cap De Creus with its impressive rocky coves and sandy beaches is about 15 minutes away by car through a stunning Mediterranean landscape. Drive to the lighthouse at the easternmost point of Spain, where it truly feels like 'the end of the world'. During the summer season you can only access the lighthouse by foot, unless you have a reservation at their restaurant, which then allows you to go by car.

You can visit the popular seaside town of Cadaques, where you can see the former home of Salvador Dali, which is now a museum. Cadaqués appears on thousands of postcards of Costa Brava, and the town is full of artist shops and good restaurants.

There is a very large protected area of natural wetlands just a few minutes drive away. The Aiguamolls de l'Alt Empordà are an important habitat for many species of birds and are very frequented by bird watchers. The places are spectacular, as well as its fauna and flora, you will not regret if you go to visit.

Figueres, the capital of the Alt Empordà, about 20 minutes away by car, is a traditional town where the main Salvador Dalí museum is located. Other historic cities and towns are in the surrounding area. The small, historic city of Girona is about 40 minutes away by car.

The Aqua Brava water park is about 5 minutes away by car, and is great fun for the whole family. Open from 09/06 to 11/09.

Empuriabrava is about 15 minutes away. There you can rent a boat to explore the canals or if you are brave go and jump in a tandem at the skydiving center.

If you are looking for restaurants, you are spoiled for choice in this area. The number 1 in the world, El Celler de Can Roca, is in Girona, but you have to book in advance!
Closer to Roses there are plenty of traditional restaurants in the local villages or along the promenade serving morning caught fish and fresh local ingredients. Some of the restaurants we recommend are: SUMAC, L'Ona, Marechiaro, Impacto, Siamshiki, Pura Brasa, Enjoy it, Txot, La Bufala, Croaks...

Mandatory extra expenses to pay / hold to the local service provider depending on the occupation and actual use
- Deposit ( 200€ hold amount). This will be automatically blocked from the card used to make the booking 7 days before and will be unblocked up to 7 days after the check-out.
- Tourist tax (€1/adult/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

- Sheets and shower towels (€13/person)

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
