Collaborating with a talented local designer, we have infused this home with stylish coastal touches and ensured that every detail caters to your needs. The living room is a blend of style and comfort, featuring a deep-seated couch where you can curl up and enjoy your favorite streaming service on the Smart TV.
Each bedroom is adorned with luxurious 100% cotton linens and equipped with Smart TVs, providing a serene space for everyone to recharge after a day of exploration. Working remotely is a breeze with our blazing-fast 200mbps internet speed at your disposal.
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom treats you to a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase an unobstructed ocean view. The third bedroom features a set of two twin bunk beds. With three bathrooms in total, convenience is ensured for all guests.
The grassy yard surrounding the home offers multiple seating options for delightful outdoor dining, along with a sectional for your ultimate relaxation. The curated atmosphere along with the refreshing ocean breeze will make for the most relaxing getaway.
You'll have access to everything you see in the photos! Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Entry to the property is seamless with our smart lock system. On the morning of your check-in, you will receive an email containing the smart lock code and any other relevant details for a smooth and hassle-free entry.
Solana Beach is a charming seaside community, nestled along the northern coast of San Diego County, and about thirty minutes by car from downtown San Diego. Nearby is Cedros Avenue, the design district known for its abundance of trendy shops selling clothing, jewelry, artisanal crafts, and ambient cafes.

Solana Beach is packed with scenic trails, welcoming surf breaks, natural tide pools, picturesque golf courses, and a wide variety of eclectic, mostly locally-owned shops and services that are almost all within a 30-minute walk or less from Fletcher Cove, the main beach.
The home, like many in the area, doesn't have central AC. Being so close the coast, it's best to open up the windows to enjoy the cool breeze of the Pacific. Each room has ceiling fans as well. Please be aware the hot tub in the backyard is not an available amenity at this time.
There is a non-functioning jacuzzi in the back. While we wish it was working, that's not in the budget at this time. Reiterating here that is is not a listed amenity.

Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. Service animals are welcomed, but please let us know before booking the home so we can align.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free inside the home, and that includes both cannabis and vaping. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Smoke remediation is extremely expensive and you will be charged.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.
SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.
PLEASE NOTE
