The Clear Creek Inns V is a cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in unit A and is minutes from Fort Hood and main highways. The home is a few minutes from shops and restaurants. This fully furnished unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, flat-screen Smart TVs in two of the bedrooms and living room, full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 6. This cozy, one-story unit features an open concept living room dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room off the garage. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms with a King bed in the master, Queen in the second, and a full in the third. The bathrooms include a tub/shower combo and include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens.
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the house with the exception of one locked closet in the kitchen. The guest will access the house using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door where you will enter your access code to enter the property. UNIT A is the driveway and door to the LEFT side when facing the building. This property is also Pet Friendly, though the backyard is not fenced in so leashes are required when outdoors with pets. Please remove pet waste upon departure. The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles to park comfortably. Off road parking is available in front of the house, but we do not permit vehicles to be parked in the grass and hold guests accountable for any damage to the existing lawn.
** There is not a mail box available for guest to access during their visit. If you are ordering items or need mail delivered during your stay we recommend guest to set up a P.O. Box with the local post office or utilize Amazon drop box locations that are conveniently located near this property. **
The Clear Creek Inn V is located on a quiet street of other duplexes within an established single family neighborhood. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Killeen and Fort Hood by car. Fort Hood Clear Creek gate is only 10 minutes away!
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
