The table mountain and Lions's head views from the house are just a marvel. Great location for a family time with large pool with loungers, patio with a weber, DSTV, A/C, WIFI, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The well equipped house is ideal for a family cooked meal. Kloof street and its hive of restaurants is just a few minutes drive. Hiking trails on table mountain & Lions 'head , Sunset on signal Hill, Camps bay beach are all the activities close by a family can partake.
A gem for the family time which boost of a stunning private patio with BBQ equipment and outdoor furniture . This 3 floor townhouse is spacious and tastefully decorated ideal for a family stay. Huge open plan design with a kitchen /dining and living area. The Kitchen is well equipped for a chef and family dinners. The Master bedroom with a king bed , walk in closet and a balcony is a marvel. 2 bedroom with a queen and 2 single bed are situated on the 2nd floor.

Higgovale is only moments away from Kloof street, were many bistros, quirky shops, best restaurants , grocery and antique shops are situated. Its the home of most of the top Cape town restaurant (Bombay bicycle club, Saigon , Black sheep ,Van hanks) are all in Kloof street. Checkers Woolworth, Spar groceries are also nearby.
Its one of those wonderful suburbs that, as well as being sought after, upper-class, tasteful and dignified, has some of the most spectacular views from its situation on the slopes of Table Mountain with wonderful little roads that run at tangents to one another in a bid to make it up the steep slopes on which many homes here are housed.
It makes finding your way through this green and leafy suburb something of an adventure - particularly when meeting the city council garbage truck on its way down whilst you’re on your way up a particularly narrow incline.
Getting to the Atlantic beaches is a quick 10 minute drive, and the V&A Waterfront is not only visible from this part of the city, but also easily accessible from here.
