"Dixie Pearl House" - A Luxurious & Contemporary TWIN home, considered a single family home, newly built and fully upgraded! Our home accommodates oversized vehicles such as buses, boats, and trailers, thanks to the expansive 45 ft long driveway/parking area. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a Smarthome system with 24/7 self-check-in. Centrally located in SW, this is not just a townhouse but a spacious TWIN HOUSE, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
Welcome to our listing, offering you exclusive access to the entire place, including all house amenities and outdoor areas. Experience the epitome of luxury and contemporary living at our newly built and fully upgraded Dixie Pearl TWIN home. With impeccable acoustic and thermal insulation, it guarantees a serene environment. Rest assured, it is 100% Hurricane Category 5 proof with impact windows and doors. We gladly accommodate oversized vehicles like buses, boats, and trailers, courtesy of our 45 ft long driveway/parking area. Enjoy the convenience of our Smart home system, enabling a seamless 24/7 self-check-in process. It's important to note that this is not a townhouse but a TWIN HOUSE, considered a single family home.

Your safety is our priority, and we strictly adhere to CDC cleaning and disinfecting procedures. We thoroughly disinfect the entire home, paying special attention to frequently touched areas. Located conveniently near over 35+ tourist attractions, you'll have plenty to explore during your stay. Please be advised that parties and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Prior approval from the host is required for bringing pets.

Let's talk about the rooms and sleeping arrangements. Our house comfortably sleeps 16 guests, with the following bed count:

- Master Room 1 (1st level): 2 Double size beds (Sleeps 4 / 2 in each bed) + access to a full private bathroom
- Master Room 2 (2nd level): 2 Double size beds (Sleeps 4 / 2 in each bed) + full private bathroom + private balcony
- Room 3 (2nd level): 2 Double size beds (Sleeps 4 / 2 in each bed) + access to a full shared bathroom
- Room 4 (2nd level): 2 Double size beds (Sleeps 4 / 2 in each bed) + access to a full shared bathroom

For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with amenities such as nightstands with alarm clocks featuring power outlets and USB ports, pillows, linens, sheets, towels, and Smart TVs. Additionally, closets with hangers and shelves are provided.

There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house. One bathroom is a half bathroom, while the remaining 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with essential toiletries (3 rolls per bathroom), body wash, shampoo, hand soap, hair dryers, and towels placed on top of the beds.

Our full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your culinary needs, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine (regular and Keurig), trays, cutting boards, air fryer, pots and pans (non-stick set of 20), toaster, blender, rice cooker, kettle, silverware, cookware, can opener, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates, and cups.

Step into the spacious backyard and take advantage of the outdoor space. You'll find a 4-burner propane BBQ grill, a cooler cart to keep your beverages chilled, and comfortable lounge furniture for relaxation.

Parking is a breeze with 4 guaranteed parking spaces in front of the house on the driveway. If approved by the host, two additional cars can be parked in front. Please avoid parking in front of other houses and use the designated driveway with the door number 26167.

A washer and dryer, along with detergent, are conveniently located in the hallway on the 2nd level.

We provide several amenities to enhance your stay, including free WiFi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer with detergent, coffee, sugar, salt, and a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries) for your initial nights. Depending on your usage, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Lastly, don't forget to utilize the BBQ grill located in the backyard for a delightful outdoor cooking experience.

ACCESS HOUSE AND INSTRUCTIONS

For security purposes, you'll be given the code to enter the house along with other important instructions and house rules within 24 to 48 hours of your check-in time.

Store the codes in a safe place and READ CAREFULLY ALL the instructions. It's very likely that the answers to your questions are there. But don't hesitate to ask questions if in doubt.

Parking Spaces - Enough space for 4 cars on the driveway and 2 more cars with HOST approval

PLEASE:
1. Do not move heavy furniture around. You may get hurt, plus, our team members (especially the ladies) will be thankful for that!

2. Always close the doors to open areas. Avoid bugs, heat (mainly condensation) from entering the house, and save energy. The environment thanks you!

3. Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use. The environment thanks you again!

4. Avoid shoes or other footwear inside the house and clean after yourself. Our housekeeping stars work really hard to perform an impeccable turnover and they will certainly love you for that!

5. DO NOT smoke inside the house. Just don’t please…

6. DO NOT open any windows as the Air Conditioner (A/C) needs to be ON 24/7. Welcome to one of the hottest and most humid weather in the USA!

7. THIS IS A DRUG-FREE HOME. And that includes marijuana folks!
