There’s visitors parking in FRONT of the house but your 2 assigned spaces are in the back. Do not park in any other house please. Park where you see the back door 25864 and then to right by the window where you see the camera on top don’t park passed the camera :-)

- LUNA SKY TERRACE -
When you go up to the sky terrace before you see the door there's a light switch to the left, that controls the roof lights. When you walk inside the roof terrace there's a light switch that controls the LEFT side lights and on top of the outdoor sink that light switch controls the RIGHT side. * Please turn off all the lights when you are not there. ** don't throw rocks**

- BBQ GRILL -
Located in the LUNA SKY Terrace, it has a timer that you must turn clockwise to let the propane GAS come out. Press the button in the middle of the BBQ to turn on the fire; make sure you have opened the 4 knobs. Please put back the BBQ black cover with the rope it has around it, so it doesn't fly away. :)

** A security officer may be patrolling the community, and if they see something out of the ordinary, they’ll contact us and the police. Please, respect our house rules and treat the house like it’s yours.

- CDC Guidelines -
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

- SECURITY CAMERAS/NOISE MONITORING -
Please note that there are 3 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property. including the sky terrace common areas. ** Sound disabled**

Additionally, the unit is equipped with a noise level monitoring device It remains active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only and to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It doesn’t record any conversations.

- FURNITURE -
Every furniture and appliance are modern and in great condition. We try to maintain them in very good condition.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: -
Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- GARBAGE COLLECTION -
Garbage is collected every Monday and Thursday morning. Please, place the trash bags outside the house on Sundays and Wednesdays at night, so that it can be collected in the next morning. Make sure to put the trash properly in the trash bags – loose garbage may not be picked up by the garbage collector. ACCESS HOUSE AND INSTRUCTIONS

For security purposes, you'll be given the code to enter the house along with other important instructions and house rules within 24 to 48 hours of your check-in time.

Store the codes in a safe place and READ CAREFULLY ALL the instructions. It's very likely that the answers to your questions are there. But don't hesitate to ask questions if in doubt.

1. Do not move heavy furniture around. You may get hurt, plus, our team members (especially the ladies) will be thankful for that!

2. Always close the doors to open areas. Avoid bugs, heat (mainly condensation) from entering the house, and save energy. The environment thanks you!

3. Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use. The environment thanks you again!

4. Avoid shoes or other footwear inside the house and clean after yourself. Our housekeeping stars work really hard to perform an impeccable turnover and they will certainly love you for that!

5. DO NOT smoke inside the house. Just don’t please…

6. DO NOT open any windows as the Air Conditioner (A/C) needs to be ON 24/7. Welcome to one of the hottest and most humid weather in the USA!

7. THIS IS A DRUG-FREE HOME. And that includes marijuana folks!
