Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room, beautifully furnished with mid-century modern decor and featuring a custom butterscotch billiards table. This area is perfect for hours of entertainment and relaxation. Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy family room invites you to sink into an overstuffed sofa sectional and armchair, ideal for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV.
Dining Areas:
On the opposite side of the kitchen, discover our quaint breakfast nook, seating 5 and offering access to a secluded patio. It's the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
Bedrooms:
Our rental boasts four beautifully decorated bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests in total comfort. The master suite features a king bed, desk/workstation with a printer, and a flat-screen TV, ideal for both relaxation and catching up on work. The guest suites offer diverse sleeping arrangements: Guest Suite #1 has two full beds, Guest Suite #2 a queen bed, and Guest Suite #3 two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with remote control ceiling fans, alarm clock/charging stations, and cozy Arizona-inspired decor, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.
