Welcome to your luxurious desert retreat! Step into this professionally designed vacation rental with just under 3500 sq ft of living space, and be immediately greeted by two swinging love seats in the front courtyard. The grand two-way fireplace accent wall separates the living room and billiards area, featuring a massive sofa sectional, vaulted ceilings, and a 65" Smart TV. The formal dining room can seat up to 8 guests.
On the opposite side, you'll find the billiards room with pub seating and a 65" TV leading to the fully stocked kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee/wine bar.
The WEST end of the house boasts a Primary Suite with a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, patio access, and a large en-suite bathroom. A walk-in pantry, laundry room, and two-car garage are also included.
On the EAST end, two main guest suites with Queen beds share a common bathroom, a gym with treadmill, TV, Echelon Mirror, weights & yoga mats, and a second Primary with a Queen & Full bed, French doors, and an en-suite bathroom. The "casita" at the front of the home with a private entrance, vaulted ceilings, sofa, desk/workspace, TV, kitchenette, reading nook and full en-suite bathroom provides additional privacy.

Relax under the large covered patio with multiple fans, a 58" TV, outdoor dining, and living room with misters. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
